Lunar Explorer was created by people who freely admit to being obsessed with the Earth’s Moon and the possibility that we will, one day, get to visit it ourselves.

We are committed to creating a simulation that is visually indistinguishable from having the actual experience. It is, in a sense, as if we are creating a magic portal to the Moon. When you put on your Virtual Reality equipment and turn on the Virtual Moon Simulation, it will be as if you have stepped through a portal and found yourself on the Moon on the other side of that portal.

What makes all this possible is an incredible new software architecture called RADE.

The RADE architecture is the amazing creation of VirtueArts, our partner company in this venture. VirtueArts has succeeded in assembling the most talented, gifted, and enthusiastic group of people that you will ever find. They have developed the entirely new and incredibly powerful RADE architecture on which they then built the most detailed and realistic Moon simulation ever done. We are very proud and very thankful for the privilege of working with VirtueArts.

Our intention for the Virtual Moon Simulation is that it become a source of wonder and inspiration for all of our customers.
